Cedar Roots Collective and The House of Copper are excited to announce a one-of-a-kind raffle featuring one of their larger handcrafted Copper Shield Pendants (Hayatskw)! All proceeds from this raffle will be donated to the Middle East Children's Alliance to support Palestinian children.

“Luulay’im Goodim Likinskwth way̓, k̲'amksiiwaath way̓ Dustin McGladrey. My Nisga’a name translates to Kind Hearted Grizzly Bear, and I am gisk̲'ansnaat (people of the Hawthorne bush) or Grizzly Bear Clan from Gitlax̲t’aamiks of the Nisga’a Nation and I come from the house of Sgat’iin. This piece is deeply rooted in my Nisga’a Northwest Coast Potlatch history and serves as a symbol of strength, healing, wealth, protection, and resilience. These coppers root me to our land and have woken up my Indigenous identity more than I ever thought possible. I’m proud to be Nisga’a and proud to help out our Palestinian relatives across the world.”
